I design leadership development that is practical, reflective and shaped by the realities leaders actually face. This includes programmes, retreats and tailored learning processes that help leaders grow in self-awareness, resilience, judgment and the capacity to act wisely in complex situations

Organisational Development

I support organisations through transition, culture change and team development. The focus is on aligning vision, values, structures and ways of working so that leadership, culture and mission reinforce one another.

Executive Coaching

As an ICF-accredited coach trained with 3D Coaching, I offer one-to-one coaching for senior leaders who need a confidential space to think clearly, discern well and lead with courage. Coaching is marked by careful listening, honest reflection and compassionate challenge.

Learning Community Facilitation

I facilitate learning communities where leaders can reflect together, share experience and make sense of demanding contexts alongside peers. These spaces help cultivate practical wisdom, mutual encouragement and deeper capacity for leadership over time.

Rob Hay is a leadership development consultant and accredited coach with extensive experience serving senior leaders in church and charity contexts. His work is shaped by long experience in leadership, ministry, organisational life and the challenges of leading through complexity and change.
